Currently have an MS in engineering. When I was in school I always thought…hell no…not going to do a phd. But after working for 2 years, its really not sounding so bad.
As far as career prospects. Would a Phd limit me too much? Another reason I’m scared about a Phd, is that I feel a Phd degree will narrow your potential field greatly…while the MBA degree seems to be a much more diverse degree.
I’m not sure whether to be practical or inquistive?

My dear for M.B.A. regular or correspondence/distant learning you need a Bachelor Degree or the diploma should be of three year duration equivalent to graduation study from a recognised university/institute.
You can do B.B.A. first then proceed to M.B.A.

Hi all, I am a marine engineer. I have diploma in Marine engineering. After 7 yrs of sailing, now i want to work on shore for which i want to do MBA.
but all the colleges and entrance exams need graduation degree and i’ve diploma.
are there any colleges in which i can apply for MBA with my qualification and work experience?
also suggest me what other shore jobs i can do. I am 3rd engr in MAERSK.

Does anyone know any Universities that offer Online (Distant Learning) Undergraduate degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering located in the US or Europe? A lot of universities offer distant learning MBA programs but i’ve been unable to find any with Engineering degrees. I’m looking for schools offering proper 4 year DEGREES not Diplomas. Please Help!
