Should I Wait And Take The New Gre, Or Should I Hurry Up And Take The Current One?

MBA University, by mba ranking.

I see that the GRE is changing to a longer, more comprehensive test. I was wondering if it would be more benefitial to me to take the new one versus the current one.

  1. ETS have decided not to change it this fall.

  2. Wait to take it. The new one you can use a calculator and other things to help you. The old GRE may have been shorter, but the new one will be easier.

  3. I’m doing ‘em both. I’ve already signed up to take the old one, and seeing as how they’re going to charge me $100 to change the date, I might as well stick with my registration. BUT the new test will be SO MUCH BETTER than the current, which has been proven to not prove aptitude (haha). I just went on the GRE website though, and there was an article about suspension of implementation of the new exam. So I might research a bit if I were you.
