Guessing from your nic that you are Indian and want to stay in whatever country you are in. But you really have nowhere further to go with such a degree, and your foreign student visa was conditioned upon your returning home to your own country as soon as you completed or terminated studies. If you are by some chance Indian and I did guess rightly, then the only job opportunities in the world today are in India, and you are fortunate to be a citizen of a country where they actually need HR people and are hiring. Nowhere else are you needed or wanted.
Crack CAT and apply for FIM which is equivalent to a Doctorate in management.Then you can join the Faculty of a Management Institution.
